Domaine du Nozay, Sancerre le Paradis 2019
Biodynamic white Sancerre. There is a little bit of chalk on the nose along with an herbaceous note and lemon. The palate is very easy going, with a certain roundness to it which is not common in these parts. A nice lemon touch and a good acid drive lead to a rather short and fresh finish with the same lemon note and that herbaceous touch. It's not great but it went well with oysters and fish
