Broad-shouldered and expansive on the palate. What I drink Bandol for...wonderfully rustic flavors of black olive, game and wild rosemary. I can't get over how good this is. Still quite tannic, but not forbidding. Originally purchased as a case to pillage when I didn't want to deplete any of the Tempier stash. That strategy now to be reconsidered.

Confituré, léger goût d'épices et de champignons. Dégusté avec un magret de canard et des pâtes aux champignons. Exquis!
