Never had an 8 year old Beaujolais before, but this was fantastic. Showing some of the elements of maturity with notes of mushroom and smoked pork. Blackberry bramble and plum. Not much of the red cherry or strawberry notes that you would normally expect from a Beaujolais.

A colorful Beaujolais with an exciting range of raspberry, violet and orange blossom. Superb wine. Exceptional value.
