Easy to drink in copious amounts. Not as full bodied as I expected. Nice lavender notes. Earthiness. Not overwhelming with tannins.

Heavy tannins. Needs meat with it. Not a sipper.

Old world style with this cab franc. Classic vegetal and bell pepper nose mixed with definite barnyard notes. On the palate it is medium bodied and fruit. Mid palate and finish aren't expansive but it drinks well. Really enjoyed this wine and think it would shine with food...think charcuterie board!
