100% Cab Franc. 12months in amphora, really good.

Snappy, fruity, gamey and ready to drink... Aperitif and simple light canapés. Don't get too serious about this bottle.

A beauty! Earthy, meaty goodness. Great with some air now or cellar for a while.

2012. Very nice after a solid decant.

Pop and pour. This has aged so gracefully. On the nose: blackberry, camphor, soft herbs and earth, a whiff of incense. On the palate: lovely acidity, soft ash, blackberry, dried raspberry, and some soft but rustically styled tannin on the finish. Far and away my best bottle so far and in a fantastic place, but still plenty of upside!

Not quite as good as when we had it at Le Cuckoo.

Light, but heavy, but drinkable, but complex

Very satisfying and light, floral aromas and stone like minerality

Medium ruby with a lot of rim variation. Stewed bell pepper, violets, plum, turkey with cranberry sauce. Medium acidity, medium sugar, low alcohol

Big and grippy, good acid, nice mix of dark and bright fruits, green pepper.
