Chenin Blanc & stunning

Delicious, simple wine, with nice minerality. Loads of sour cherry and tons of acidity, with some nice forest floor rounding it out. Had with some chèvre, which went great.

Lovely aromatics. Great depth on the palate too. Little more grip than some of its local neighbors but still shows true to the Chenin character.

Delicious. Showed up to the party already dancing.

A lot of tannins. Dry. Makes you pucker up. Needs time. But... Wait and see! Two years later this has come around. Up from an 8.1 as the wine settled. Still dry. Think cherry tart. Cloudy. Light.
