Saint-Joseph Syrah

Must be open for at least an hour. Freeze dried strawberries, sweet car exhaust (not kidding here), and pine. Alcohol also shows. Simple yet brooding palette of fresh dark fruit. Super fine tannins grip and hold you through the long finish. I think this wine is just past peak but it was a good value.
