This Grenache blend (30% Syrah) is a wonderfully round and fruit forward 2016 Rhône red you shouldn’t miss. Personally I could eat almost anything with it, and to prove it, it just accompanied a dinner of artichokes laden heavily with salted butter. It would be a welcome accompaniment to any red meat, from bbq to roast beef. And its tannins are smooth enough not to bother those who shy away from such wines. Just an excellent offering.
