Supposedly this is a blend of 30% Cab Sauvignon, 30% cab Franc, 20% Merlot and 20% Tannat. The extra time in bottle really helped here, though I guess the Produced might suggest drinking before the age of 12!
Paired well with grilled burgers, dry rubbed pork chops and charred peppers.

medium purple. stony and unyielding nose. not much fruit and too dry for a meal of beef bourguignon . Perhaps this would be better with grilled or roasted lamb or beef.
