What an incredible wine. Nose is honey, melon, bee pollen, gras, vanilla, waffles and more. So complex. Palate has tons of freshness and granitic energy and just amazing texture. So elegant and juicy and so so nimble. Brilliant wine! The length is off the charts and I can’t wait to see what air does. I am blown away.
