Saving this baby for a special occasion and it didn’t disappoint. Vibrant red fruits were in perfect balance with the earth flavors, acid, oak, and tannin. When I go to Burg this is what i want. Only critique is I wish I gave it just a couple more years in the bottle for tertiary flavors to develop.
