Another solid vintage of this interesting Loire Valley Rose’. Made primarily with the Grolleau grape (95%) with a small amount of Cabernet Franc (5%) blended in. Medium pink color. Aromas and flavors of cranberries, pomegranate and ripe strawberries. Touch of sweet spice on the finish. Quite fruit forward and crisp with a bit of RS, which is nicely balanced with bracing acidity. Nice accompaniment to a dessert course.
