Mar 18th, 2016Bitter earthiness with dark fruits, like sour blackberries. Surprised to learn this is gamay, b/c it seems like a Grenache-based blend. Light in the middle. Finish disappears quickly. But still, not bad for $5. Doesn't have the acid or structure to last much longer.

Nov 25th, 2016Slightly medicinal in flavor. Drinkable but not planning on buying again.

Jul 8th, 2016Lovely color of blood and dust. Floral aroma of roses and lavender. Floral and soft flavour with a hint of navel orange. Elegant.
Still drinking very nicely. Rye and apples on the nose. Balanced and elegant. Super good deal at $5 at Grocery Outlet!
