La Côte Rêvée Carignan Blend

Dark red. Smells a bit cooked. Like cooked berries and prunes? Also a hint floral (roses) and perfume-y. Flavor is fine. More cooked fruits with a hint of pumpkin pie spice. Plum sauce or cherry cobbler. Tannins are there. Just a bit ripe. Maybe didn’t hold up to aging. Maybe it started this way. It’s still pretty tasty and plenty interesting.
