Would love to see this in a few years; still extremely youthful. Belies the 15% abv to feel remarkably elegant and refined in the palate with soft, delicate tannins. Finish is solid too

Dark garnet core. The nose displays a nice ripe berry with some crime de cassis and forest floor. The palate is nice but perhaps a little out of balance. The tannins are dry and the alcohol is a bit hot on the wine.

Floral and spiced, with lots of stems and hints of semi-carbonic juiciness. Smokey bacon and sweet fruit make this appreciable now but the structure seems aligned for the future. Bit hot.

Silky, soft and very dry. Moderate tannin. Bitter anise on the long finish.
