Solid effort. Don’t see a whole lot of Saint Amour in the market. A little bit of funk on the nose but blew off after about an hour. A whole lot of cherry that worked well with chocolates.

Tart green apples, and nice ripe red berry. Cranberry and cherry. Dark extraction with juicy light mouthfeel. Opening up to be a great Beaujolais.
