Cuvée de Silex Vouvray Chenin Blanc

No notes. Off dry style, all the favorite flavors show up- pear, quince etc, but this is really, really well made. And under 20$.

Nice, easy drinking, great with pork tacos

Sweet scent. Soft stone fruit notes. Approachable minerality

Apples and pears up front, honey and lemon in back. Maybe not as rigid as I had hoped but decent acidity and thoroughly quaffable. Lovely stuff.

Lots o minerals and fruit with a little RS. Perfect with stir fry.

Not bad, but too sweet for my taste.
