From a new estate (for me) based in Chavanay (Condrieu). This is apparently 90% Roussanne, but is remarkably Viognier-like. It's totally delicious, but a little confusing. Then again, I'm easily confused.

Feb 25th, 2018Cheers to Monday holidays in Feb. Never mind the presidents, I’m celebrating affordable, excellent winter white wine. Peaches and cream nose... rich and creamy on the palate, balanced by a nice zip of acid...floral, peaches, lemon zest... like a creamsicle, but with stone fruit. 🍑🎉

Lovely notes of straw, pineapple, honey. Crisp dry finish. Third or fourth varietal I've had from this producer and all are excellent.
