On the palate the wine is a tough high in alcohol, though the acidity helps keep it in check. The classic oily southern France white mouth feel delivers fennel seeds and some pineapple on the palate.

Picpoul de pinet and scallops, because....why not?
No notes, but delicate and floral with good acid yet some roundness to it too. Great companion to the delicacy of the scallops. 👌🏻
