This Chablis from Domaine d'elise really met my expectations. A really great value for it 22$ retail price. The mineral -flinty note is well balanced with the unripe tropical fruit and slightly nutty flavors due to long time on the lees.

Smells like flowers, honey. Tastes sweet, with viscosity. Good with white meat, oysters, seafood.
