Corbières Boutenac Carignan Blend

Just had a glass of this - savoury and delicious with nice raspberry Grenache notes and peppery Syrah.

Wild and rustic, seething with rosemary and thyme. If this wine were a person, it would be an old wily desert bandit, long-forgotten but ready to ambush you from behind. We are lucky he survived so long. Coffee, stewed fruit, leather, tobacco, forest floor. All secondary, no primary left. Tawny color. Great find by Justin.

I backed the second to Corbiere in the national and it scarred me as it was my first hey in a bookmakers shop.. This star is directly from the vaults of Bacchus... It trips and folds across the palate like a leaf in the wind.. It's a superb sans food wine.....

A bit heavy and clear grape flavor. Astringent and high tannin. Should be good with beef. Bought at Enoteca.

Full bodied @ 15% and rustic. Great on its own or with strong cheese. A Christmas 🎄 delight .

Huge bomb! Great with BBQ, peppery end note. Make sure to decant!
