Palate has slightly oxidized yellow apple, a squeeze of fresh lemon, sour wood notes and a little bit of dry limestone on the medium finish.
Not a wine for all palates, but we find this style enjoyable, in moderation.
After a few hours of airing, the palate is picking up a pleasant hint of sweetness on the finish.

Not your typical Chardonnay. A hint of rosemary on the nose, with a light creamy mouthfeel, and a long finish. A nice surprise.
