A soft and inviting nose of clean lemon pith, white flower and hints of vanilla. A bit a typical for chenin but the palate delivers more classic notes with dense, creamy honeycomb, crisp lemon pith, white flower, dried sage, and a kiss of vanilla. Acid has a peppery tone to it and the finish is all chenin and lingers beautifully. 2012
