It’s not often that you see the village of Sablet make a showing in Los Angeles. Pity. The wine: a tad rustic on opening but nicely settles in to the background when the dark red fruit punches out and combines with dried earthy herbs. One would be hard pressed to find a better example of classic CduR Village…especially given the difficulties of the ‘21 vintage. Well done! (An hour in…add candied tangerine to the palate. What little heat there was…Gone!)
