Vintage 2015 - Damien Barreau managed to make a very harmonious wine from sauvignon, colombard, ugni-blanc and gros manseng. Refreshing. With vegetables in aspic and tartaresauce, chickenburger salad.

Had the 2015 in 1-19 and this is strange, but on the 3rd day it was fantastic! It was lemony, buttery and a little peppery. Loved it We got this from Jane & Steve.

One of those sunshine in a bottle types of wines. Truly great on the porch, very citrusy & Lemony, almost too much. I'll try another vintage and see how it goes.
