Nose was rather muted with some strawberry and cherry tones. Wine was light with a decent fruit to earth ratio. Shortish finish.

Dec 30th, 2017Surprisingly open and ready to go. Shocking from an '08, in my opinion. Cherry and gravel. This had supreme finesse. Truly elegant. The tannins came out to an increasing degree as the fruit faded. Short-lived but a surprising treat.
