Popped and poured; enjoyed with dinner at Mycelium. No formal notes due to the setting. This had powerful notes of grapefruit and pineapple in near equal parts with a bit of lemongrass as well. Plenty of acid to work well throughout the meal (which was spectacular). Drink now.
