Your prototypical Provence rose. A little peach, a little strawberry, all held in check with some crisp acidity. Very refreshing. Excellent to drink outside in the summer with grilled salmon. I don’t usually care about this sort of thing, but the labels are kind of amusing. Some have fish, some have crab, and some have lobsters. I guess you’re supposed to collect all 3.

N: Peaches, Strawberries, a whiff of the sea.
P: Really crisp on the palate, a bit o’ bitterness on the finish. Like peach skins passing through. Just right for 90°
