Rounder and fuller than their Orthogneiss. Melon, citrus and yellow & white florals on the nose. It's crisp and clean. Ripe green apple, green melon with rhine, lemon/lime juice, grapefruit with a touch of sugar. The granite minerality pulls on the plate during the long finish with big acidity and an enjoyable finish.

Drinking beautifully now with a fine honeyed texture and expressive minerality

La fraîcheur d'un bon muscadet, mais une petite amertume vient déséquilibrer le tout
