Nose has honeyed pineapple core, wet seashell, cold wax and faint green herbs.
Palate has sweet, yet under-ripe pineapple, grapefruit pith, hint of tangerine juice and a light mineral core.
This wine needs a decent amount of air to get going, a 2+ hour decant is suggested at this youthful age.
6 Day Update: Not losing a step, acidity is still strong, beautiful tropical fruits.

This is less focused than Au Leurey, has unexpectedly low minerality, even though it is not flat and flabby, very good and much better than most, but it doesn’t quite hit the target.
