Well, I am a huge fan of the Cuvées Nature Domaine de la ville de Morges. This chardonnay is I guess slightly macerated and is a pure pleasure. The nose is intense, fruity with a ripe pear, delicate with hawthorn flowers scents and anticipates a mineral character. In the mouth it feels like a broncing horse, dry and nervous, alcoholic, stunning with energy and liveliness. Still well balanced, the old vines bring finesse. I just love this place.
