Ripe peach & apricot, clover honey, slate and spicy licorice. Balanced acidity and weight, with nuttiness and a resolving wave of French oak on the slightly saline finish. Mature roussanne always makes me super happy. 🥰🍯⛰️

My favorite of DTR's whites. Strong floral notes moving on to honey and baking bread. Full bodied and waxy. Only downside it that it's a bit hot 14.5 and easy to tell. Good with fatty fowl.
