Côtes du Rhône Villages Cairanne

A lovely waft of deep cherry mash,

Mineral, peppery fruits, medium bodied and candied tones. Touched by saline, this wine is a wonderful example of the herbaceous qualities Rhône wines offer. Yum! Terroir.

Very pleasant, peaches and mellon.

Medium body and spicy. 60% grenache, 20% syrah, 10% cinsault, 10% carignan. Cassis, blackberry & plume notes. Slightly earthy. Pesant, but not over powering. Goes well with pork. Would not drink with heavy, powerful meats and game. As an amature, I would give it an 88.

Stinky trampled and left to rot fruit.
In a good way. Sometimes you need a little funk to be able to get down.

Tight at first. To be expected with such a young wine. Opens after a couple of hours into a lovely medium bodied wine,
With raspberries, all the way to the seed.

Enjoyed as every day wine

Absolutely decadent! Wonderful flavors. Velvety, smooth and just very pleasing to my taste buds.

Smooth and light. I like a heavier red but this is ok as a standby.

Very drinkable. Will buy several more bottles to enjoy this autumn.

Solid as a rock

Lite spice soft tannin
