Loads of yellow in this wine. Apple, peach, plum and honeysuckle. Strong chamomile and green olive presence and ripping acid. Chenin is probably the most schizophrenic and subsequently misunderstood grape out there but damn it can be good.

Very textured, Demi-sec. Bouquet of citrus, stone fruits, and green olives. Linear wine. That honey finish characteristic of most Loire Chenin's. Excellent.
