Thought provoking. Pretty light body but a lot going on within a few minutes of opening the bottle. Tight flinty nose so far but saltwater taffy and some other hard to describe flavors on the palate. Looooong finish. Excited to see how this bottle develops over the next few days- if I can make it that long.
