May 21st, 2014Mineral and leesy nose with grapefruit peel, lemon and green apple fruit. Has great texture but not weighty with lots of citrus fruit, herbs and leesy, hay like flavors. Focused and zippy on the finish.

Jul 2nd, 2017Waves of mineral on a mellow lemon curd base that I presume is typical of aged Muscadet. Evolved nicely over a couple of hours and stood up nicely on day two. I probably wouldn't want to age it further personally, but it still has life.
