Super good structure. Minerally. Clean. Balanced. Contrast to American and New Zealand Sauvignon blancs. Slightly effervescent. Good acid. Much less fruity than New World versions... In a good way.

Definitely a classic white Loire Valley sauvignon blanc. Tastes like crisp vegetables, apples, bell pepper. Herbal/ floral. Pleasant.
