Exceeded expectations on every level. Not as heavy as expected; actually quite smooth. Very well balanced and could work with a wide range of food.

Used for an oxtail ragu, I tasted a small amount. I wish I bought another bottle to enjoy with my ragu!

Quite tannic, which Jeffrey and I liked. Would choose the over Domaine de la Guicharde, although I liked that one too.
