So damn delicious.

Is it that there are a bunch of fresh cut lilacs in my kitchen or is it the wine?! Hard to say because I do remember some purple notes last time I opened a bottle. This is so pretty and balanced with great notes of lilac 😉, rose petal and strawberry. Has fleshed out since I tried it 6-8 months ago.

Started with muted raspberry/mineral notes, blossoming after an hour, strawberry/raspberry notes are hitting hard, this is way too easy to enjoy.

Brett-ier than ideal for me.

Let it open for a bit. Initially had an off smell but once that went away, nice light soft mineral wine w good texture and very approachable.

Quite delicious and much more Pinot like than I would have guessed this would have been. Not much funk, but impressive up front tart red fruits that finishes super smooth and elegant for bojo. I was very happy to be drinking this with the beef tartare @Jeffrey's in Austin, TX.
