Love the expression of Chardonnay roundness, without the California oak. Pale citrus and Granny Smith apples.

This wine is a winner. Seriously high minerality feels soft on the lips, nice bright acid and light honey notes round it out.

Well balanced. Moderately citrusy, slight minerality, easy drinking for the summer. Chardonnay grapes add a touch of butter, but it is rounded out by the acidity.
