This is a very nice and balanced Rosé. Mineral driven front with nice weight. Strawberry and a hint of herb occurring early on the palate. Not too sweet or tart. The wine sort of thins out in the middle which definitely helps it to complement a wide variety of foods. This bottle was served with escargot, stuffed chicken, and herbed/grilled salmon and did a wonderful job of complementing all three. Finishes with gripping acidity when consumed alone..... we had to slow it down or else the bottle was going to be gone before the food came out!
