It is a hardy wine that can match the pates, foie gras, duck, sausages and hearty fare so characteristic of the Perigord of Southwest France, where it is made. Very good inexpensive made from a unique grape. Grape name means "far from the eye". Interesting story.

Very nice white with more body than expected. Slightly of dry, aged sur lie with med + body. For a cheap summer drinker it's perfect.
