Burgundian style with typical cab franc markers. A little brett, rustic, some green pepper. High toned red with a very dark fruited bass note. Lithe and firm. Not super concentrated. After 3 hours starts to soften. Probably needed a few more years in the cellar. If you like the funk this rips with a fatty steak. // edit: got very pretty on night two. More of a roast chicken wine now
