A stunning deep gold color, viscous and oily in the glass.

Nose has honeycomb, sliced almonds, baked pear, dried peach, oxidized yellow apple peel and dried citrus peel.

Palate has peach jam reduction, wildflower honey, candied orange, ripe apricot, over-ripe peach with a full, round mouthfeel. Mild acidity with pleasant sweetness.

Chenin Blanc oh how I love thee! This is in a great spot today, but would expect it to hold through 2025-31 at this stage, in proper storage. Decanted 4H, yet continuing to unfold.
