Wow! Hard to predict where this Ventoux will land down the road but, down the road is where I’m going to have to wait. As for now…14.5 ALC is completely concealed under a sheen of black boot polish (yes, black boot polish), smoked red cherries and an ever so subtle finish of soft tannins. Five years on will be a good time to gives this 90% Syrah another look.
