Crisp & acidic!! Not sweet like a lot of roses can be. We both had filets in a foie gras sauce & was worried when my wife said she wanted a rose but this wine stood up to the richness of the sauce and meat. She said think of spree candy and that was spot on. Thoroughly enjoyed it & sad that like many of the wines on this trip, I won't be able to find in the U.S. Hopefully though. The world is changing.

Wonderful classic Provençal rosé, dry and crisp with hints of fresh strawberries.. Great deal for $15. Lovely wine with lunch on a Friday.
