Needs a couple hours of air but pretty much ready to go. Very nice. Fresh and bright. some minerality. Getting better with air. Really good burger/sketti wine.

375ml. Dark red color. PnP. Needs age obviously. Medium plus depth. Dark cherries and menthol with medicinal elements. Expected more and wouldn’t guess French or Bordeaux if having blind.
