Continuing on the Rhone train today! This is a delightful Lirac - full-bodied, ripe and rich with soft tannins. 45/40/15 GSM blend, so a high percentage of Syrah which really gives the wine it’s character. Made by the Cave de Vigneron de Tavel (the co-op). Many wines made by co-ops are extremely good these days. Just look at Produttori in Barbaresco! This is approachable now and delightful to drink. Flavorful for a rose but super smooth

Delicious with grilled steak. Great, similar Bordeaux style blend

Heavy after opening. Wait a while for it to lighten up. 2014 vintage.
