I agree with some of the folks on here about this needing air lemon lime , wool minerality - I would definitely use this as a classic example of Chablis

Somtimes it's difficult to divide where you are (Sitka,Alaska) and the wine enjoying this with wild caught Halibut really nice

Decanted this time around, but still more fleshier & round then I'd like it to be. Lemons, mealy golden apples, slight chalkiness, & wet wool say it all.

Giving this Chablis time to open is key, and after 40 minutes it really came out to play. A classic expression of place, showing Bosc pears, fleshy white peach, and yellow apples. Very gentle and soft, the touch of minerality, salinity, and brininess makes for an enticing finish. Decanting is recommended.
