Solid effort. Drinking a touch richer but I’m tossing that up to vintage. Love the leesy richness on the palate.

Decanted this time around, but still more fleshier & round then I'd like it to be. Lemons, mealy golden apples, slight chalkiness, & wet wool say it all.

Giving this Chablis time to open is key, and after 40 minutes it really came out to play. A classic expression of place, showing Bosc pears, fleshy white peach, and yellow apples. Very gentle and soft, the touch of minerality, salinity, and brininess makes for an enticing finish. Decanting is recommended.

Rich and fleshy for Chablis but no less excellent because of it.
