This family owned domaine is located near the village of Gassin that is considers as one the most beautiful villages in France. The grape are hand harvested and the final steps of vinification are done by Maîtres Vigneron de Saint Tropez. A blend of Grenache, Syrah, Rolle and Cinsault, with a beautiful rose gold color, a tempting fresh nose that blends spring flowers, strawberry, cassis a touch of hibiscus and red berries, the body is medium with pleasant acidity and a fresh fruity finish. A lovely well made rose to celebrate the spring and upcoming summer. My score 89, drink to 2022

Nose: cherry, flower petals, white peach Palate: crisp and stony. Cherries and pink grapefruit. Elegant w lots of minerality — a bit of sea breeze. Checks all the boxes for what I’m looking for in a Provençal rosé. 3 years old but holding up just fine.
Sample.
